'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">O reconhecimento das Ci\u00eancias Teol\u00f3gicas pelo MEC desde 1999 abriu um leque para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o em n\u00edvel superior das pessoas envolvidas nas atividades clericais, que passaram a buscar n\u00e3o apenas a gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, mas, tamb\u00e9m a p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o lato sensu e <i>strictu sensu<\/i>, pois entendem que o processo formativo \u00e9 uma exig\u00eancia dos grupos aos quais fazem parte bem como uma necessidade para um efetivo trabalho de qualidade.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">A \u00e1rea de Psicologia Pastoral, constitui-se em um grande desafio, pois vai al\u00e9m da gest\u00e3o de um patrim\u00f4nio e de recursos humanos, envolve pessoas de diferentes idades, g\u00eaneros, ra\u00e7as e classes sociais mediados por um credo em comum, e que de um certo modo, ao procurarem o atendimento religioso, tamb\u00e9m apresentam diversos conflitos de natureza pessoal e social, e que requer determinado atendimento espiritual, para efeito de se promover o crescimento espiritual, al\u00e9m de uma socializa\u00e7\u00e3o sadia, do ajustamento psicoemocional, e de sa\u00fade mental.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">Por entender estas necessidades como urgente para os envolvidos nesta \u00e1rea \u00e9 que a Faculdade Boas Novas de Ci\u00eancias Teol\u00f3gicas, Sociais e Biotecnol\u00f3gicas prop\u00f5e o curso de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em n\u00edvel de
